Guest guest
Keep up the good work, !!!! I, too, try to inform as many Drs., health care professionals & ANYONE that will listen. Education is the most important thing we can do to make everyone aware! I take orders from people and then buy copies of Mold Warriors when I have my appointments. A friend of mine is on her second case load and then sells them to anyone who is interested!! The more people that understand the better off we will all be!! It just can't be soon enough as far as I'm concerned!!! Sue
Guest guest
Precisely. We may need the army of one mentality to survive, but this thing will only be resolved if we operate with a " pay it forward " mentality. No one of us will convince the world. No one of us will win The Big Lawsuit. No one of us will put Kelman and his pals out of the mold-testifying business. Together, though...whole other story. If all you can do today is to pass the word, or take a phone call, or write a letter, or add the .com link to your signature file, then that's what you do. I know most of us are sick. I still have many days when I just can't do anything, too. It took me, like, 4 days or so to knock out a couple of paragraphs for the Boston Globe site. But I got it done, and it felt good. It's not HOW MUCH you do, but THAT you do what you can at each opportunity. You don't have to be all brilliant with words, or some kind of mycology expert. All you have to do is say, " This is what happened to me. " Most people won't listen. Some will be mean or rude or say you're crazy. And so what? If you haven't figured out by now that this illnesses is gonna rewire your whole world and everything you thought you knew about who your real friends are, then I don't know what to tell you, except that you might run, but you can't hide. This thing is real, it's already happened, and we can't take it back. We can't even change the status quo, if we don't each do our little bit to make it happen. So, no guilt trips from me. When you can't, you can't. But when you can...a little bit of " healing through hellraising " is called for. I don't want to see one more person suffer from this stuff if I can do something..even just a little thing...to change it. (Give yourself a little present today - throw a virtual fit in Boston. It's a neat little stressbuster. : ) Serena www.freeboards.net/index.php?mforum=sickgovernmentb __________________________________________________
