Guest guest
This is kind of discouraging, knowing there is over 1500 people on this group and about the same amount on mold-help.org, that there has only been about 20-25 posts to the Boston Globe of personal stories and I know there are other groups that I have not mentioned. Even if we only have 500 people on this group that have been exposed to mold and the rest are lurkers, big industry and attorneys, the numbers still don't add up. It may not seem like much to you, but every little bit helps and we all know that many are starting to pay attention, when at one time they used to doubt. This is your chance to help make a difference. There is a couple of things that I could say and I know I would hurt alot of feelings, but I'm not going to. You want your voices heard and your stories told, WELL!!!! I can't do this for you and I won't. This is your story and as I have mentioned before, if you are dealing with litigation email it to me and I will post it for you. You can use an initial or nickname. If you have people in your email that are not on these boards, send them the link. We can't make it any easier. They are asking for our stories, so let's give it to them. Where they are going to go, how they are going to be used, who knows. The simple directions are below, it may take a little time to register (which is free) don't use your real name anywhere if you don't want it to appear. Please take the time. KC (http://www.boston.com/news/science/articles/2005/09/12/the_next_menace _mold) It's real simple for those who have not had an opportunity to do this. All you do is open the above article, about half way down click on " tell your story " . Then you hit reply to the first post. It will ask you some questions about who you are. You answer those and then post your story.
Guest guest
I think it's great that they are even asking for the stories. Thanks for mentioning it, as I hadn't heard about it. We need all the publicity that we can get, especially now during the hurricane crisis. Yes, those poor people will be victimized again by the silence of officials on the dangers of mold, doctors who are not trained to recognize the problems, and the insurance companies who will definitely give them the run around. They have no idea what is ahead. --- tigerpaw2c <tigerpaw2c@...> wrote: > This is kind of discouraging, knowing there is over > 1500 people on > this group and about the same amount on > mold-help.org, that there has > only been about 20-25 posts to the Boston Globe of > personal stories > and I know there are other groups that I have not > mentioned.
