(AP) -- Two trash bags labeled " toxic waste " that were left outside Cheyenne offices contained moldy drywall, the Cheyenne-Laramie County Health Department said. Sheri LaPratt, administrative office manager for city-county health, said Tuesday that tests came up negative for anthrax, plague and ricin. Additional tests might still be conducted to determine if the mold was hazardous. " We're trying to determine which test specifically we need to look at, because just general testing for mold can be very confusing, " said , manager of the Wyoming Public Health Laboratory. The bags were found late Friday night outside the Wyoming Tribune- Eagle and the city-county health department. Cheyenne Police Lt. Rob Korber said it was too soon to say whether charges would be filed against the person who left the bags.
