Ditto for me. Am trying to assist a friend in Texas and a contingency based

lawyer for Texas would be appreciated. Not just mold related but also

incompetent rental home agent who refused to fix properly leaks in the

plumbing resulting in mold; loss of health and loss of all personal items in

the rental property.
