In the year 2000 the AIDS patients in the district were 39 in number and this

year the number of patients have increased to 58. there are many districts in

the 'Mahakhoshal' area where the number has increased to more than 50. The State

AIDS society report states that the 'Mahakhoshal' area has been declared as

sensitive. To date 'malva' was considered a high prevalence area but oflate

there are more patients from jabalpur. the AIDS society hopes to start

suverellience to find out the exact number of cases. Malva tops as the most

sensitive area followed by the 'mahakhoshal' area.

aids rogi paye gaye hai,unme 25 se 40 varsh ki umra ke vyakti adihk

hai.

mana ja raha hai.abhi tak aids prasar ka kendra malva tha,ab jabalpur

sambhag ke aaspass se mareej adhik aa rahe hai.aids rogiyo ki vastvik

sankhya samne aa sake,iske liye aids control society dwara naye sire

se khoj abhiyan shuru kiya jayega.abhi bhi malva ko atisanvedansheel

ki sheri me rakha gaya hai. uske bad mahakoshal shetra aata hai.
