A New Week Upon Us . . .

Ok I think a lot of us had a bad week last week. Well a new one begins tomorrow. So what are you going to do to make yourself healthier? I'm beginning today by finding me a nice little clear spot outside, going to move my hand weights out there, and once and for all that is going to be my sacred exercise area. I hope soon to have a portable dvd player, but right now I know what I can do to tone and effectively move my body for 90 minutes a day. What can you do to see to it that your weight drops or continues to drop? What time can you carve out of your day for YOU and YOUR needs? Let's hit next week running and make some real progress!

My week last week was bad, and I gained 6/10ths of a pound. But I can easily get that off and more, and I'm going to. Hope to be at 250 by Saturday. Lets hit it!

Hi tehre well for surprises and good news I did loose 5.2 pounds this past week but it was the first week doing this right again so I hope I am on a trend to being a lot healthier from now on.
