Have not seem to be able to get rid of this indigestion issue. It was 2 weeks yesterday. Since gaining the weight in 2011, I have noticed huge, not little huge issues. My knees hurt more, indigestion, sleep sucks, kidney stones, my shoulders hurt, and that is just off the top of my head.

So as I have stated my goal for February is better choices, and to get into the 250's comfortably. Meaning not 259. LOL I know my eating has been better but the scale is not moving. I really think it is a water issues. So going to monitor my water for a week and see if it helps.

Happy Monday Ladies.

You may want to get this book form your

library or book store, Dr. McDougall's Digestive Tune-Up.

http://www.drmcdougall.com/store_dt.html

"Dr. McDougall breaks through cultural taboos with a candid,

humorous look at how the intestines function. The journey begins

at the mouth with bad breath and ends with bad farts. In

between, you will learn the cause and/or cure of problems such

as GERD, ulcers, hiatus hernia, gallstones, celiac disease,

colitis, diverticulosis, hemorrhoids, colon cancer, polyps, and

constipation. After reading this book your bowels will no longer

be a mystery and you will know about the right foods to eat to

keep them content."

Paperback - 211 pages (July 2006), ISBN:

1570671842

Can't hurt, might help.
