The final item was the mat, which, instead of buying one I am using a throw blanket. I had to wait for it to dry out, it's been out in the rain, we finally got sunny days so now it's dry and fresh. So come tomorrow, out there I'll be, and my goal is five hours of exercise to start. 1 hour per day for five days, weekends are harder for me to commandeer for anything much less exercise, besides, I want to catch up on my reading on Saturdays and Sundays between races.
