Guest guest Posted February 21, 2012 Report Share Posted February 21, 2012 Ok so I'm trying to do better today than yesterday, I did ok yesterday till around 9 p.m. then ate chips, dip, and a whole box of Ike and Mike's. Anger binge. Working on that. When I get done moving things around today I'm going to once and for all prepare the porch for exercise. The steps will make a good warmup tool, and I'm going to use a throw blanket for a mat, I can't afford to buy one right now. Not going to concern myself with weights either, just plain old exercise like I used to do from 's Better Body Book. I need to find another copy of it, one of those hard to find items. But I loved that book, it really helped me drop a lot of weight way back when. I want to really start focusing on losing at least 70 pounds this year. But I am still working through a lot of issues. People just don't understand, so I am so on my own with this stuff. But I'll persevere, I always do. I know when I really put my mind to something I get it done, and I'll get this done.
