Guest guest
Hi Sapphyre, We are all on a life-long process - you have been through a lot recently and you are acknowledging it, sharing it with us and motivated to move forward. I, too, am sick of my job and have been thinking of ways of making a change, at least attempting to, instead of feeling frustrated and doing nothing. It helps to know there are others out there on a similar journey. It helps me feel more motivated. You will do it. We will all do what needs to be donexx From: Sapphyre <sapphyreonalosingstreak@...> 100Plus List <100-plus >; Wannabeabigloser List <wannabeabigloser >; WeightlossBuddies List <weightlossbuddies2 >; SlimminW List <Slimmin_with_ >; "Fitness & Weightloss List" <FitnessAndWeightLoss >; RS_Foodmovers List <RS_Foodmovers >; WitchyWeightLoss List <witchy_weight_loss >; Lean-And-Luscious-Kitchen-Witchery List <Lean-And-Luscious-Kitchen-Witchery >; Over40WLG List <over_40_weightloss >; RSDeal List <rsdeal >; LesWghtLssGrp List <Lesbianweightlossgroup > Sent: Friday, 17 February 2012, 4:25 Subject: Hard Week . . . Guess the stress of the past week has gotten to me more than I realize, I've gained 4 pounds. OK, I've acknowledged it and I've identified the problems. I've stopped logging my food, I've stopped my diarykeeping (how many times can you journal "it's raining" before you get tired of your life?) and I've stopped moving. OK, check check and check. Now I can move on, relose the 4 and lose an additional two or so. I know what I can and need to do and I'm going to do it, rain or shine. The funeral was rough but it's all good now, time to move on and move up. I'm also re-enforcing my efforts to find a job I'm SICK of my situation. I'm ready to move on, just MOVE ON . . .(sigh)How did your week go? *~*~*~*"This is no longer about what I HOPE to accomplish. This is about what I MEAN to accomplish." - Sapphyre*~*~*~*"If I look down the road and see how far I have to go, I may get discouraged. If I overthink every aspect of what I need to do to succeed I may give up. If I focus on just today and make it as perfect as I can, I will succeed." -Sapphyre
