My doc gave up on giving me goal weights. Lately he's just happy if I don't gain. Unfortunately, I *did* since my last visit. Good thing I don't have to go back any time soon. *my* goal is still what I set it at decades ago - I'll be delirious with joy if I get to 220 again. I haven't seen that since Henry was in second grade, even though that lasted for a week or so (for the newbies, he's now 28).
