Hi KC and Fletch:

I finally found a dehumidifier that works well in our home. In fact ordered

it through Costco. This is my second one; the first one clogged up and I

just drove it back to Costco, got instant refund and ordered a new one

on-line. I just went to their website and they no longer carry my brand;

wonder why? It's by

I don't have any financial interest in Costco. What I have learned their

return policy is excellent, rather than having to take appliances and

electronics in for service or mailing them back to the manufacturer, I can

just return the item to the store for immediate refund and purchase another

one. Has saved me much time and frustration.

I also like the feature that I could run the fan to dry the coils, it has

both temperature and humidity levels for me to see and can select what

humidity level I want in our home without guessing. It's very quiet, don't

even hear it unless a few from the unit.

Two of the previous models grew mold inside and I was contaminating my home

and myself from the mold. Both were passed the one year warranty and the

manufacturers told me once mold gets inside a dehumidifier it's very

difficult to clean and would be expensive.

Just my petals of thoughts,

Rosie
