I know what you mean about the number on the scale jumping around. My own graph looks like 2 steps forward, one step back jaggedy but a downward trend, which is all that is important, the overall downward trend.

Congrats on getting under 300... I know how huge of a milestone that was for me!! I'll probably take a picture of my onederland weigh-in!!

Oops! Not been checking in

Well the weight has been a little bungy jumpy for the last couple of weeks but it seems to have got the hint to stay below 300 pounds! (last weight in and I was 297.2 lb/134.8 kg/21 stone 3.2 lb), so obviously my next mini target is to get below 21 stone (ie 3.5 pounds more to lose!) it would be nice to do this in the next week - but provided it doesn't go up again and keeps gradually creeping down I will be happy!

I've been up and down the last two weeks as well--so frustrating!

I'm so happy for you that you are staying below 300! How I long for that day...
