WOW dragon!! owwwwww!! Congrats on the loss this week, but dang!!

Or at least I am among the hobbling/bruised/can barely move brigade! I was going up to bed on Saturday night when my shattered right ankle gave way, twisted and my legs pretzelled, crutches twisted around my arms (hoo boy does that leave nice bruising!), I hit my head (got a nice lump and bruise there) and landed on my been broken in the past right wrist (which makes using my crutches ..... interesting!)

So cleaning ... not happening, hair washing ... no happening, weight loss .... well actually down 4.5 pounds this week - so something has gone right!

Wow... I hope you heal up very quickly. That sounds so very painful!

But...congrats on the weight loss; that part of it was fantastic!

Oh, boy! What a mess! And I though * I* has 2 left feet!
