I hope you are because I know I am! And I hope, like me, you're going to take really good care of yourself during these 31 days of March. Ahhh, March. This is the month for you to feel free and filled with energy. Ahhh, March. This is the month for you to feel free and filled with energy. Spring will be here in only a few weeks which means the weather will be getting warmer and those beautiful springtime flowers will be blooming. And you know what? This is the season for you to bloom, too! And I want you to bloom by setting yourself free from a few things. Here's how... I want you to free your body of five pounds this month! So, did you lose five pounds last month? Like I reminded you yesterday, this is a leap year which meant you had an extra day last month to work on losing those five February pounds. If you were able to drop five pounds last month...congratulations! And I want you to work on losing those five more pounds here in March, too. And if you didn't lose weight last month, work extra hard to do just that here in March. You can do it and...just think about how good and successful you're going to feel when you do! Free yourself of any wild weight-loss claims. Free yourself of any wild weight-loss claims you run into on TV or read about. Ya' know, I almost have to laugh when I watch some of the zany weight-loss ads I see on TV. They make outlandish claims like...YOU CAN LOSE 10-15 POUNDS IN JUST ONE MONTH! (Yeah, right!) And oh, (I know), many of you may have fallen for these "lose-it-quick" schemes. But you've learned what happens. Even if you do manage to lose a few pounds on one of those diets, soon as you go off it, you gain the weight you've lost right back! Gro-o-a-a-a-n! Please, free yourself from those diet tricksters! Free your mind of negative thoughts. Gosh, we all have them, don't we? But I don't want you to focus on the negative in March. I want you to concentrate on staying positive because the bottom line is, staying in a positive mood will help so many other things in your life fall into place. Wait, I'm not done... Free yourself from eating so many processed foods. Free yourself from eating so many processed foods. It's so easy, isn't it? Falling in love with those processed foods, I mean. Hey, in this 100-mile-an-hour world we live in, we want our foods quick and tasty! Only thing is, quick and tasty often means eating processed foods. And, like I've told you a million times, they're no good for your body! We're talking about ingredients that weren't grown in a farmer's garden but formulated in some "taste kitchen" with a laboratory right next door. It may taste good but, to me, it's not real food and not real good for your body, either! Last but certainly not least, free yourself from the people in your life who don't show love and respect for you. Oh, all they do is bring you down, fill you with self-doubt and make you feel bad about yourself. Now honestly...who needs that? If you follow my suggestions all March-long, you're gonna feel so good about yourself when April rolls around. You're going to feel successful, you're going to feel positive and, yes...that's how I want you to feel! So, what are my own goals for March? Okay, so what are my own goals for March? Hmmm, let's see. Well, I guess, at the top of my list is to drive you crazy! LOL. Okay, maybe only a little crazy and...in a good way, of course. Your cute little court jester, your curly-headed leprechaun is always here for you. I want you to ride that rainbow all through March and land in a big-old pot of...good health!
