I hope you don't mind if I will start posting my daily foods for this month to

be accountable...This gotta help me and knowing I must be good on sharing my

foods each day. I started today on tracking calories, 2000 or less. I know I can

do this..

Anyone else want to share too?? It will help us on staying on plan..even on the

weekends.

I won't weigh in till Labor day...but do have a medical doctor on Friday

afternoon..She thinks am on diet pills that she gave me, but have to tell her I

am not taking it, due of many side effects. I will know about my lab test

results..as well.

Will post my foods later on..
