I am struggling on getting started..Any tips on not getting on the scale?? I know I need to be patient on this and as of today..will not weigh in. .Maybe won't till Labor day. I am doing my best on eating 3 healthy,balanced meals, and 1 snack..but doing lousy on it this week. I weigh 440 Lbs,and also doing my best to move more. Have heard to get in shape, we need 2 hours and 30 min daily..so that is my goal efforts. I am home daily, helping my family, aging mom and disabled sister. I need to vent out the good and bad on my food choices. I snack huge..when bored. So I hope this group is active..and will stay here to offer moral support. Have a great day..
