Guest guest
Olive oil, sunflower oil and soybean oils all sound like good bases to me, plus didn't u say you had cocoa butter? Well there you have it. You can make soap with these alone. Use your lye calculator on-line and check the sap values of the oils on-line as well too and u should come up with what you want. I would love to find sunflower oil, but unable to so far. Also, don't forget you can also use goatsmilk too! You already have all the ingredients you need, but ask Dr. Bob what he thinks, I think he's the expert! Jervils

How about try out one of those new TaeboTV basic tapes of yours each day (or every other day). Guest guest
Hi Caroline: Wonderful! It's funny but I just happened to be on the NORD web site for Rare Orphan Disease and I agree with you that Stills is not listed and I also sent them an e-mail. Is this the same site that you are talking about (NORD)? I think you spelled yours just ORD. It might be a different site though. I have also subscribed to this web site but haven't become a member yet ( lack of loot), lol! I will eventually join but not right now. I think that it is great the way you are researching stuff like this. It helps everyone. I also had the Angel Flights listed in my Favorites already so I hope that everyone else does the same. NORD also works to give out medicines to those that can't afford them due to no Unsurance underinsurance etc. I think that Jenn put the Angel Flights on our web site at one time and also a place to obtain help with medical care and medicines. I will have to look it up but I am pretty sure that it is there. I am going to try to get as many of these on a list and publish their URL's so that everyone can get to them at their leisure! Again, thank you very much for your great help and keep up the good work. We need all the help we can. It really helps a lot when you jump in and do it on your own! Take care now and be PAIN FREE! Guest guest
Kris, Do the stretching routine I sent you for the sciatic pain. It may not feel like it at first, but it will help. As for exercise, you can swap around your routines and just do the upper body stuff until the pain is gone. As for the eating, try to cook as much as you can on say Sunday (whatever day, doesn't matter, whenever you have time) for the the whole week and just package it up in portions in your fridge. Then it is just a matter of grabing it and warming it up when it is time to eat. Also, I found when I first went to eating so often that I had to set my alarm to remind me to eat. It sounds silly I know, but it works. Don't worry, you'll get it down. It just takes time to establish new habits. Tonya Finally! I haven't touched my computer in three days i think.Man it felt GOOD!I was on the go go go and i've finally stopped for a bit.I started doing Tonya's plan for me last wednesday. Its really good stuff! I was achey but good aches :)The exercises were definitely doable and she has me mixing weight routines along with the DVDs i already own.Fabulous! :DThe eating part is taking a little getting used to and i'll admit i failed miserably on the weekend which i always do. Its not that i eat more then, its that i eat less.I have unstructured days in which i'm running around doing stuff and i forget to eat a lot.Her plan has me eating 6 small meals throughout the day and my biggest issue is forgetting to eat then being soooooo hungry i just grab anything and down it.This requires me to stop and to think and cook meals before i get too hungry.I did ok last week i ate everything iw as supposed to. But i had 2 meals each day on the weekend (sorry tonya!)Also I skidded on saturday and my sciatic nerve is at it again. Sitting hurts standing hurts walking hurts you name it and we all know i HATE laying down so my recovery takes much longer than it should. I don't think i ever quite healed from when i hurt it back in march. So a workout is in the works today perhaps WATP instead of whatever is on the rotation for today as it doesn't involve too much side to side motion (which for me tends to hurt it even more) i can walk in place when leslie goes from side to side..bummer as i got tj cardio party and ab jam and want sooo badly to try em out ...d'oh!How is everyone doing?I'll do me best to catch up on email as my arse permits starting right now!!LOLhugsKris.Oodles of juicy!http://www.webgrl.org Moody friends. Guest guest
I finally was able to get a new dvd player today. I have a tv/dvd combo but the remote I'm having to use doesn't let me navigate any dvd with a menu. So now, I can get going on Jillian s 30 day shred! I'm so stoked! Tomorrow, man! Gonna do it! WOO! *~*~*~*"This is no longer about what I HOPE to accomplish.
