Well, weighed in Monday (yesterday) and was up nearly 3lbs for no apparent

reason. I'm disheartened, but hanging in there; staying on plan and getting

moderate exercise. This is the first time in 4.5 months that I've had an " up "

weigh in, though, and it's frustrating!

Surely it'll turn around, right?

And I'm at the weight I was at for quite a few years, so I'm wondering if I'm

one of those people whose body hangs on for dear life at previous " set

points " ...?
