Guest guest
Yesterday was so stressful. I found out that my son (age 8) is being bullied by kids on his soccer team. It breaks my heart So I spent half the night writing an email to the coaches to inform them of the behavior (and what I expect to have happen) and the other half of the night fitfully sleeping because I'm just not sure what to do. He's a sensitive kid with a lot of anxiety issues and I fear that these kids could just crush his spirit. *sigh* Anyway, I'm writing to you guys because honestly, since this all started yesterday afternoon, all I've wanted is junk food. I must have picked up leftover Easter candy a hundred times...but I also put it back down. I did eat a LOT more than I usually do, though. I don't know how to break the habit of stress = food. Advice? Cheers, Bonnie
