LOVE ME. LOVE ME NOT.

Now you'll notice in the title of this

message that I didn't say HE or SHE loves me,

loves me not. But ahhhh, I have a purpose for that.

See, it's not about whether "he or she" loves you.

Today, it's all about whether you love

yourself OR

love yourself...NOT. So, which is

it?

One of the big

problems many of us have is that we fall in-and-out of

love with ourselves.

Well, I guess it depends on the day and the kind of

mood you're in. I said to my Clubhouse members in one of our

recent Chats that one of the big problems many of us

have is that we fall in-and-out of love with

ourselves. I mean, some days, we're all fired up

about our weight-loss fight!

We get up in the morning and start our days with a

healthy breakfast. We brown-bag our own lunch to have

while we're at work and even include a fresh piece of

fruit to have as a snack. We either stop by the gym

on our way home from work to exercise or have one of

my Sweatin' To The Oldies DVDs to

workout to when we get home. We've frozen individual

slices of turkey meatloaf in the freezer. That way,

we can build a complete meal around it by adding some

steamed vegetables, a mixed greens salad and one

single roll to have with our meal. As we watch TV,

it's a cold glass of water we're sipping on instead of

a 16-ounce bottle of 7-Up. After that, it's time for

a good night's sleep and we wake up the next morning

to have the same kind of day tomorrow. Boy, talk

about LOVE!

Where is

the love?

But what if you skip breakfast at home and have a

sausage biscuit from Mcs on the way to work

instead. Then you go out for lunch and dive into a

plate of fish and chips. You skip the gym because you

just don't feel like it. Then you stop at Pizza Hut

for one of those pizzas with the cheese baked into the

crust and park yourself in front of the TV to eat it

while watching an episode of the all new Dallas. Oh, what's

that? You're feeling tired and ready for bed. Well,

that's some kind of day you've had there. Where is

the love? Looks like one of those days where

you said to yourself...I love me not!

So tell me, how much do you love yourself, really?

Do you constantly fall in-and-out of love with

yourself? Do some of your days say I love me while your

actions on other days say I love me

not?

If you want to

lose this weight and keep it

off...then you've got to love yourself each and

everyday.

Look, everybody, if you want to lose this weight, if

you want to lose this weight and keep it

off...then you've got to love yourself each and

everyday. And you do that by eating right,

making exercise a daily part of your life and really

taking good care of that body of yours! That way,

you'll be deeply in love with yourself, 365 days a

year. And by the way, speaking of love...I

LOVE YOU! And when it comes to that, it means I...
