CHRISTMAS IN JUNE

Sleigh bells ring, are you listening? In a

land, slow is glistening, a beautiful sight, we're

having tonight...walking in a winter wonderland!

Oh I know, you're probably thinking, Is crazy

or what? (Well, maybe a little...LOL.) But hold on

there before you go accusing me of being a little

nuts. Did you happen to notice the date at the top of

this message? Well, look again. That's right folks,

it's June 25th! We're

halfway to another Christmas Day!

Seems kinda

silly to be talking about Christmas this early in the

year, do you think?

Seems kinda silly to be talking about Christmas this

early in the year, do you think? Well, I wouldn't say

so. In fact, I want you to think back to Christmas

2011 and the thoughts that were going through your

heads back then. (I hope you have lots of happy

holiday memories from six months ago.) But you know

what? It's not too early to start making plans for

Christmas 2012, either.

No, no, no...I'm not talking about getting

your Christmas shopping done already. Although some

people may actually be doing just that. I do lots of

my own Christmas shopping year round. If I see

something I think will make the perfect Christmas

present for someone on my list, I'll get it now and

hold it for the holidays. But today, I want to

concentrate on what you'll be giving yourself on Christmas

Day, 2012.

Namely, what I want you to give yourself and what I

know you want to give

yourself is a YOU who

weighs about 50 pounds, or more, less than what you

weighed on Christmas Day last year. If you've been

successful with our 5 Pounds-A-Month weight-loss

challenge so far this year, that means you would have

already lost about 25 of those pounds since Christmas

2011. So, have

you?

If your

weight-loss success hasn't been up to your

expectations thus far here in 2012, it's not too late

to get yourself on the right track.

Look everybody, if your weight-loss success has not

been up to your expectations thus far here in 2012,

it's not too late to get yourself on the right track.

And...it's not too early to start "shopping" for your

own Christmas present this year. It's just time to

get on the right track, to get serious about meeting

the slimmer, healthier you come Christmas Day.

Here are the things that should be on you June

"holiday shopping list." Start

paying extra closer attention to your eating

habits. Make sure you get those workouts in

seven-days-a-week between now and Christmas Day.

And remember that promise you made to yourself last

Christmas that

you were going to do better and get closer to your

goal...if not reach your goal by

the end of this year.

You don't have

to go online looking for the perfect gift to give

yourself.

Now the nice thing about your present is that you

don't have to fight the crowds at the mall to get it.

You don't even have to go online looking for that

perfect gift to give yourself. You know what you want

for Christmas but, sorry, it's not a present Santa or

a family member can give you. It's a present YOU have to give YOURSELF.

With that said, I'll check back exactly six months

from today to

see if you got just

what you wanted for Christmas

this year!
