I love my home scale, its an old fashion doctors scale, with sliding block..and since daily weigh ins does not work for me..I will do weekly...So every Wednesday, I am going to weigh in.I am down 26 Lbs!!! Was 440..Now at 414Am so happy and walking and a high fiber diet is working on me.
