Getting Back to Getting Serious . . .

Ok time to stop feeling sorry for myself and get back to business, I'm gaining too much weight, gained back all the weight I'd lost last month. Firstly, I need to get back into breakfast, been skipping it and that causes me to eat too much in the afternoon. I did well with shopping didn't buy a bunch of junk for snacks, didn't buy snacks at all except for a couple of boxes of World Table Bruschetta Rounds and Laughing Cow cheese. Love the new cream cheese spreads they have.So lunch today will be soup, dinner will be chicken and veggies. Going to do the tilapia recipe tomorrow if I can get to the store to get the spice and the low sodium soy sauce. Might sub teriaki sauce and of course,

instead of scallions, will thin slice banana pepper :)Anyway back to business, exercise, well, not today it's too wet outside but definitely will restart a walking regime.
