I know that it is hard without family. My hubby is out to sea. Our grandma's and grandpa's live in another state. Yet, our Easter has been great. We got a phone call from Daddy. One in the morning, but at least it was a phone call! We are going to call the grandparents here shortly. If I could email my girls there to make your day happier then I would. We have had a good Easter, other than my oldest getting croup last night and then complaining about her ear hurting today. Needless to say, we are heading to the doctors tomorrow morning. Other than that, it has been great. We got to chat with both grandma's and grandpa's and just have been relaxing. I hope your day is great, even though everybody is away! All of out family except for my oldest son is in Pennsylvania and we are in Texas. We got to talk on the phone to but it really makes me homesick for my Mom and my other sons. We did get some good news tonight. My husband's daughter announced that she is pregnant and due in September. this will be her second,Our other granddaughter is 5 and my son's daughter is 4. They are a bit spendy, but made me a believer. 13 cats? Welcome crazy lady, lol! Yup, would fit right in here with my 5 cats, 2 dogs 12 parrots, 12 llamas (3 are pg), and about 30 pigeons and doves, and the Big Blue Betta. Found that while I was 'incarcerated' some kind of a small very fast hawk was viewing my loft as a deli. Darn thing took at least 25% of my homers... doing what comes natural I know. I don't like losing one to a hawk, but this guy was getting fat on them. All are on lock down now and I am hoping the hawk moves on. Would hate to have to encourage it to leave any more than I am. I am doing ok. Think the new antibiotic is helping more than the other. Still wheezing and fever, but more off than on. Gave in to temptation and am doping myself at night so I can get some sleep. Being able to get some shut eye helps as much as the meds I think. Overall, a little better than last Thursday and am sure I am starting to kick this then. That, and the hospital repellant really does work, lol! Happy Easter, Hi Guys, I've been trying to send an Easter card to the group but it keeps saying that the address is invalid so please consider this your card. I think I'm gonna lose it soon. The itchies are back!!!!! I took the atarax my doc prescribed but it hasn't helped any. I had to trim my nails cause I was hurting myself when I scratched & I LOVE my nails, they were so long, I almost cried as I trimmed them. Next is the oatmeal bath.
