Guest guest Posted February 8, 2012 Report Share Posted February 8, 2012 Hmm last month or so my stress has gone through the roof (and as Marie knows when I am stressed I stop eating! and when I do eat it is bad food), so seeing as I am back to 300 pounds (sobbing here in Cambridge!), but a couple of days back (whilst sniffling over Mark) I had the realisation that I did best on the Wartime Diet (d'oh!) so back to that on Monday (why not today or tomorrow I hear you say! well we already have the food bought and you do NOT waste food!), so rest of this week is food planning (wish Mark would give some input into this - he has to cook it after all), trying to relax (not easy with the stressor of the tenant next door) and getting some reading, crochet and sorting done (and all of these will continue week on week naturally), meanwhile I need my butt kicking into gear and some ideas!The Dragon http://tempewytch.typepad.com/tempewytchs-crafts-and-s/http://tempewytch.typepad.com/tempewytchhealthyliving/ Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
