Not good today

After a disastrous weekend (depressed and ate junk rather than healthy food) I am unsurprisingly back over 300 pounds (namely three pounds ON this week!), still I am going to get myself back on track and I WILL lose this weight!So my plans are to have a sandwich for breakfast (OH leaves this for me and it is easier to eat it first off), fruit for lunch and then veggie stir fry/chilli for evening meals. Dragon we all go off plan. It wouldnt be normal... today was my day. now i am paying for it. i have gone weeks with not eating alot do to my acid reflux... Well today I got so frustrated I figured if I am going to feel sick I am going to eat. Granted 2 cookies and a portions of spec k chips is not huge but for me right now it is. We need to brush it off, learn, and move forward.
