Guest guest Posted March 19, 2012 Report Share Posted March 19, 2012 Down a pound from last week. I'd be lying if I said I wasn't disappointed (I worked SO hard last week!), but I'm not giving up. And today marks six weeks that I have not cheated at *all*. For me, that's huge! I can't remember a time when I made it more than two weeks without cheating. But I had a rough weekend (I have a family member that is less than supportive) and today I woke up bloated (guessing PMS). So I took the boys to the park with a dear friend and her kids and am working on moving forward. How do you deal with people who aren't supportive of your weight loss? What if they try to sabotage you? And what if it's someone you really don't want to cut ties with? *sigh* I hope everyone's doing well!
