Presentation Society is one of the pioneer organizations in the state of Goa

catering to the educational needs of the society for the past five decades. We

have special concern for the multifarious developmental issues of the

marginalised communities. Our working theme rests on 'empowerment through

education'.

We are implementing prevention and care project to reverse and halt the spread

of HIV/AIDS with the slum dwellers at Vasco-Da-Gama, Goa. We reach out to more

than 10,000 slum dwellers. We walk in tune with the millenium development goals

envisaged by UN.

Position: Counsellor (Immediate requirement)

Last Date: Within one week from the date of releasing this advertisement.

Eligibility: Master's Degree in Social Work/Social Sciences with a minimum of

1-2 years experience specifically in HIV/AIDS related field. Should possess

strong oral and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Knowledge of

Kannada and Telungu will be given preference. Must possess computer skills.

Roles and Responsibilities: Counselling (HIV/AIDS), Documentation and Fieldwork.

The candidate should possess sound knowledge on planning monitoring and

evaluation and the preparation of project proposals and also proven skills in

problem solving/ crisis management.

Compensation: Rs. 6,000/- consolidated per month.
