Dear Forum,

I have noticed that in the president's address to the Parliament, he mentioned

that his government's aims is primary health care and special attention given to

the HIV/AIDS issues is not sufficient.

The prevention of the HIV must be the primary task to all the Indians. We are

really neglecting the prevention of HIV infection. This will have serius future

impact on all our developmental activities.

We have to give a top priority to the prevention the HIV in India
