Guest guest
Has anyone gotten over a systemic fungal infection without anti- fungals, by avoidance and other treatments?? Thanks, barb > ----- Original Message ----- > Hello Bobbie and Rosie, > >> Killing mold is not like taking antibiotics for two weeks. Mold is programmed to decompose things and has a damn strong survival rate. Guest guest
Don't know about others but ...Not me. No way in hell. I was too far gone not to need some heavy anti-fungal intervention. Angelika BTW - If you want some homeopathic things that do kill mold let me know. But I don't think they do the trick on their own. They are a great add-on in my case and do help. Guest guest
Hello - New to this group. Glad to have found it. Without going in to the loooooong story of my 2 1/2 year odessy of mold exposure, and I believe once again I have moved into another mold home. I'm in the process of figuring that out. Anyway, after I moved out (100 year old painted brick house), I realized my health was probably permanently damaged. I couldn't get back to 100%. The bloating in my stomach, the dark circles under my eyes, etc. After searching in natural remedy books I found I had almost all the symptoms of Candida Albicans (yeast). The main remedy recommended was diet. An impossibly strict diet. I went on it for nine months. No sugar of ANY kind, no fruit except lemons and white grapefruit. No WHEAT of any kind. (I Love bread and Oatmeal cookies.) Some days I didn't eat anything out of food boredom, but I was determined to feel normal again. And the diet worked, all bloating went away. Bags under the eyes went away. I wound up finding the great and simple Mediterranean Diet. Took three weeks to get over craving cookies and bread. Now vegetables are my favorite food. Also found Coral Calcium, best stuff, gave me my stamina back. I don't like drugs, hate the advice doctors give, (at least the doctors I've had the misfortune to meet). If you need any names of books that have helped me, I still have them. AntiFungal's are hard medicine, sometimes necessary. Followed by a good diet will get rid of it, and keep it away. Guest guest
, Welcome to the group and I'm glad you found us. Most of us here have heard the stories, before so please don't be shy of what has taken place in your life since your mold exposure. Two and a half years in a toxic environment, I'm sure you must have experienced much more than just bloating or black circles. Were there also other family members that were ill? All new members, please be kind enough to share your experience so we may all learn and help each other.
