Treatment of pets for mold exposure?

Hi Everyone,

I just joined this list at the suggestion of my friend Jill S. I am

wondering if anyone has had luck with treating pets, particularly

dogs, for mold exposure? My dog is almost 14 and has been sneezing

quite a bit. I have two cats also, but they don't seem to be

exhibiting any outward symptoms. I am pretty broke, so I would love

to hear about some homeopathic remedies that I can make or buy.

Thanks!

HI Garian,

Yes ! I have first hand experience and my dog got VERY sick with mold

poisoning (as did I)

Firstly she is on an antifungal. It's not terribly expensive and it works.

If that is not an option I would try Natren.com as they have a dog formula

also. The Natren might be more expensive with shipping though than the

anti-fungal. Where do you live?? If you are close to me, perhaps I can swing

something with my vet who is treating my dog. (Who is doing beautifully now

!!)

The best thing is to get out of the environment though.
