Guest guest
hi all, I can't thank you enough for all the answers that you give me. I wish I had the time to help with responses more but I had to go back to work and I actually made it through my first day today! I did read about the lymph pump in a book for essential oils. I think you can do it to yourself. I believe that the trampoline is the best solution and my colon therapist agrees. She also uses it to help get her sluggish colon moving. I need to get one of those. I wanted to say that I broke down and ordered a home colonic kit and a book called Tissue Cleansing Through bowel Management by Bernard Jensen. I had to wait 2 weeks to have it specially made to order to fit my bathroom. I found a great padded one on the web with a company called Wholistic Solutions. Rex had a phone number to call as the others do not and his is the only padded one with removable legs. The others require a chair to hold up the other end. I couldn't believe how much better it is to have the privacy of my own home and the results are actually better. I had no idea how neglected my colon was until I started doing these. It could take a month or my to restore my colon and replace the good bacteria. Also, once you start doing the preparation with the fiber and aloe the walls start to come down and there were many days when I had to call my therapist in need of an emergency visit. The cost is about $250.00 with shipping. This pays for a series of colonics and you will have it forever for perhaps once a month fasts and cleanses. You can find Rex at www.bibkit.com.
