Guest guest
Beth: The Kroger near my house sells Atkins low carb bread and other baked products. The are suppose to be low in sugar or have no sugar. I havent gotten around to looking at them yet as I am always in a hurry when I'm there. This might be an easy way to wean yourself off bread. Hope you do well with the explant. I did not get the pain pump either, but the more I move around the better I felt and the pain was less. I think getting the muscles moving again helps. You're in great hands with Dr. Kolb. She was my life saver!!! Vickiebethlakey <bethlakey@...> wrote: Hey everyone,I made it through surgery last Thursday. I still have the yucky drains. I am hoping she will remove them tomorrow. I feel better now. I am kicking myself for refusing the pain pump. I could have really used it. I am really flat, even my nipples are wrinkled. I couldn't afford a lift since I was self pay. I am hopeful they will fill out some. The only symptom I am really noticing right now is muscle twitches. Dr Kolb may put me on super malic for that, not sure.My question to everyone is how do you get away from suger? What about Stevia? Is that ok? Also, I love bread. Isn't there any bread that is good for you? This is going to be a challenge. My family loves southern cooking although we have been trying very hard to make healthy choice substitutes. Thanks!Beth
