Guest guest
Hey all! I agree with the previous posts also. I am in NY, and you need a disability lawyer to get yourself on disablity. I was denied 2 times. When I got the lawyer, it was garunteed. I used Binder and Binder, thru a recommendation. They also took a cut from the inital sum of money from disablity, and if I remember correctly, I also had to give them some money up front. Guess ya have to have $$$$, to get money?? Kinda sad, but guess that is how it goes. I also would have had to pay the Dr. some $$$$ for my CFS diganosis(actually, he never billed me for the letter, because he was so nice- I think he felt bad for me..LOL), and I had to pay my psychatrist $300.00 for a letter of secondary depression, due to my illness(as a back up). ALSO, if I did not have a Dr. to 'back up my diagnosis, they had a few Dr.s of their own that I could have seen for a letter of diagnosis. ( is this all politics or what? LOL) It took a LONG time to get it, but I finally did. I HOPE and PRAY to go back to be well enough to go back to work one day! My Aunt who had Cancer, also got denied 2 times, and the 3rd was a get go with Binder and Binder. Hugs..dimonds
