Guest guest
Hi All, I just got back from my colonic (number 6!). I had no idea how many toxins are stored in the colon and liver. I had been ignoring my constipation issues for years as most of us do. I am taking fiber. a liver cleanser, Three Lac and digestive enzymes. I am also eating mostly veggies and herbal foods from a company called Sunrider because I cannot seem to eat much since I started the fasting thing. I totally recommend colonics above all else. I am actually going back to work on Monday. To answer your questions about the bath ball, I found it over the internet. I can't remember the name of the company but there are many on the net. You just fill up the bath and circulate it around for a few minutes. I also found a shower declorinator at the local Home Depot store for 20 dollars. The ThreeLac works wonders. I signed up as a distributor because I like it so much and the company is right down the street from me. You can go to my web site at the company at www.globalhealthtrax.org/jthorpe. I would appreciate it if anyone who is going to order would do it under me. We can all use a little help, right? While doing the threeLac it is so important to be able to move the bowels daily. Otherwise the die off symptoms are difficult to deal with. I got bloated and very irritable. It also helps to take digestive enzymes with it. I do the candida diet along with it but the company says that you don't have to. They say that the only thing you have to give up is sugar but I want to speed things along. I also recommend starting at one pack a day. I did this for 6 weeks or so. It is a powerful treatment but I am getting my brain function back as well as my energy and wellbeing. I am actually starting to feel calm. I haven't felt that for many years. Hope this helps. Joanne
