Hi daryl,

I take the Primal Defense and it is fabulous for oprobiotic. I have been on it for a year. I just take two a day. It is the probiotics from soil. I call them the dirt pills. The cheapest you can get them is either from Swanson vitamin (either on-line or catalogue) or on ebay. In the store they are about 45.00 but in either of these two places they are 31.00.
