Hey All,

I know this is going to sound really stupid, but I feel like I'm

missing something with the yeast thing. Here goes: HOW DO YOU KNOW

YOU HAVE CANDIDA???

I keep reading posts about how hard it is to kill and since I have

never thought about yeast, I am wondering if I could have it? How

would I know??? Thanks.

Ann, these were my symptoms, could be more/different ones. They are similar

to many of those of implant related illnesses too......Firstly, do the spit

in water test: first thing am, before eating/brushing teeth, spit into a

glass oif water..check it 15 minutes later and see if they saliva has formed

tendrils going to the bottom...= candida. There is also s'thing else to

check for which I can't recall ( brain fog !) but there have been posts on

this before.

Also, if you stick your tongue waaay out in the am, you can sometimes see

whitish/yellowish furry stuff on the back of your tongue. Candida causes

constant fatigue, craving for sugary/starchy foods like bread etc., gives

you brain fog, makes you feels dizzy/ faint, stiff neck/shoulders, aching

joints, muscles, weak muscles etc....

This is just a start.

Hi Ann,

This is not a stupid question at all! I get yeast infections and

still have a hard time identifying an onset :)

The way I knew I had Candida was because my Osteopathic doctor did a

test called a Microscopy (the same test that can detect toxins,

systemic silicone poisoning, parasites, fungus, etc) and said that

he saw yeast. So basically, there's yeast in my blood...and a lot

of it....thus, meaning I have a Candida problem. Had he not

performed this test, I would have had NO IDEA that I had a

Candida/yeast problem. I'm not sure how everyone else found out

they have candida. There's probably some other ways to detect it as

well.

Take care!

ANN AND KACEY, ROGENE TOLD ME ABOUT THE SPIT TEST TO DETECT CANDIDA. FIRST THING IN THE MORNING SPIT INTO A GLASS OF WATER. LET IT SIT FOR FIFTEEN MINUTES. IF THE WATER IS CLEAR YOU ARE OK. IF, ON THE OTHER HAND THERE ARE WHITE BLOBS, OR WHITE TENDRILS OR WHITE ON THE BOTTOM OF THE GLASSS THEN THAT INDICATES CANDIDA. MY SON AND I BOTH TESTED POSITIVE SO I HAD MY GIRLFRIEND DO IT AND HERS WAS CLEAR. COOL HUH? ANITA Re: Really Stupid Question to All Hi Ann,This is not a stupid question at all!
