Guest guest
Looking closer at your question, do you mean having a lawyer notarize it over another type of person notarizing it (answer: doesn't matter except for the cost)? Or do you mean having a lawyer write it up and make it look more official? (answer: don't bother). Winnie re: exemption> Vaccinations > > > I have a quick question. Guest guest
I had mine notorized, was told it had to be by the school, but not a lawyer, just a regular notary. Guest guest
It is a really good idea to have it notarized. In case of divorce or other family conflict it will stand up in court. Any notary can do it, doesn't have to be a lawyer. > I never have done it. I think it's fine to go into it with the attitude that it's not a big deal, that you are merely claiming your legal right. Guest guest
You bank is likely to do it for free. But you can also go to a fed ex. A number of them have notaries. They are everywhere. And don't tend to be that expensive. Here in VA we need the exemption notarized. We just moved here at the time and didn't have a local bank, so I just hit up fed ex and it only cost 10 bucks per exemption. Janice > > >I have a quick question.
