hey there , I have been using the flax oil for like 3 months,

and noticed the difference in my hair in like 2-3 weeks(textured

wise). Now only if I could find something to stop the loss! I

started the saw pametto a few days ago. I have my fingers crossed,

but wont' hold my breath either. It is a great supplment that I will

always use! I think it helps my pain also! hugs and health to you!

: I've only been on the flax seed for three weeks along with milk thistle and co q 10 300mg and people at work have commented on how thick my hair looks. i will never stop taking these things if this is what is making my hair grow back.
