Guest guest
Hi all, I am actually well enough to start walking again. Praise God! With the walking I am experiencing lymph node pain in my arms again. It wakes me up at night. Has anyone heard of Lymph Drainage? My alternative health center does this for 75 dollars. They hook you up to an electical impulse machine for an hour and follow it up with a colonic (the lymph system has no way of draining itself). Of course the colonic is another 60 dollars. I read that without exersise we are pumping lymph fluid through our bodies at 4 oz. per hour and with exercise it speeds up to 60 ounces per hour. It seems to me that a good walk with a sauna afterwards would help. I really don't know. Has anyone tried chelation therapy? Is it expensive?
