Dear Friends,

Me deepest condolences and pray for Mr.Banta soul rest

in peace. We lost the important leader in the HIV/AIDS

movement.

Mr.Lila Banta Singh is the Executive Board member of

Indian Network for People living with HIV/AIDS, Global

network for people living with HIV/AIDS and President

of Manipur network of positive people.
