I'm a hypnotherapist by trade, and you'd think I'd be mindful of these things all the time for myself, but it's much like a dentist I guess: he can't fix his own cavities ! I feel much better already, having made the decision to focus on more positive things. My husband is in for a nice surprise when he wakes up this morning )) He'll probably ask me: Honey what's wrong ? Are you alright ? You haven't complained for at least 10 minutes already !
