Guest guest
Oh dear, these PS docs ! It became clear this am that they were planning to remove only the implant, not the capsule, even though they state this as en-bloc. Glad I got this cleared up before-hand. So now it's GA for me. I'm definitely getting sicker with each passing week, not just my imagination now. Lots of joint pains and muscle cramps, along the ribs on my back. Also getting more " petichea " spots, new one on my face this am. Have asked them to explant me asap ISO 22/04, please pray for me that it comes about quickly. I guess writing a book about it helps me a lot, I'm viewing everything as if a detached observer...helps tremendously with the emotional side. Girls, I am actually glad I'm experiencing this first hand, gives me more compassion for you all than " an outsider " author ever could have. I'm also aware not to lose my readers by wallowing too much in self-pity, it can be just as annoying to read......... For those of you diagnosed with Carpal Tunnel : do you get pain running from your fingers along the back of your hand and up into the forearm ? Both my hands are doing this, getting to the point wher I have to wear wrist/hand braces a lot, sometimes I can't use my hands. I can NOT wait to get these things out, so I can begin my journey back to my old self. Being realistic here, and not expecting to arise from the hospital bed as one arising from the dead with miraculous instant healing, but just impatient to start healing...... Dear God, please show mercy and compassion to the thousands of women, who, at this very moment, all over the world, are contemplating implants. Let them become aware of all of us here on this list and our suffering, and let them step back intact. Please grant us ever growing power and authority over the pharmaceutical and medical devices companies who profit so shamelessly from women's insecurities and suffering. Please grant that we make a difference in this world, that we bring down these corporate giants, not so that their employees lose jobs, but that the decision makers rediscover their consciences and make it right. Bless all the wonderful courageous women like Patty, and Kacey and every single woman on this list, lurking or otherwise, with health and wisdom and compassion. Amen Fiona Re: Re: Local anaesthetic > Yes, I am awake, just can't feel anything on my chest area...I suppose they > will give me the same " twilight " drug you're getting via IV to make sure I > don't move around. Good luck Ann, I'm sure it will go well for you ! >
