Vaccines/Diseases in Czech Republic

My best friend is about to go to the Czech Republic for 6 months, with

her husband and 5 year old son. They're studying climate change. Anyway,

she completely vaccinated her son as a baby, but he's never had any

boosters. She's almost OK with not doing any more vaccinating, but she's

concerned about the diseases that might not be an issue here in the US,

but would be an issue in the Czech Republic. Does anyone know where I

can find information about the diseases common in the CR?
