I use sodium ascorbate. You can order it from Bronson Labs. You could also use

ascorbic acid. If you check your ph, you'll know which way to go. If acidic, use

sodium ascorbate. If alkaline, use ascorbic acid. If you're neutral, I think you

might want to lean toward sodium ascorbate. Not 100% on that, though.

off-topic, but it's just one question so I hope no one

minds. Is there a good non-food source of Vitamin C for toddlers? I

believe in the power of Vitamin C, but I cannot find just a C supplement

meant for children under 6. Jack is 2 years old (this coming Thursday).

Since he's been in day care, he has a constant runny nose. Please email

me off-list so as not to bother everyone.

Thank you!

Hello I give my 4 year old children's emergency drinks. I get them at the health

food store.

I give (22 months) one whole food vitamin C a day. I smash it up and

give it to her in apple sauce or something like that.
