OK,So today My son had his 6 month WIC apt. They asked for his shot

records and I told them that we apted out on vaxing. She asked me for my

Affidavid and I whipped it right out and she cpoied it for my son's

record. No problem. Then they asked for a prescriptoon renewal from my

Ped for his formula because he is on the Similac sensative.I said I

don't have one so they called my son's ex-ped.They told WIC that he is

no longer a patient because we wouldn't sign the State Refusal to Vax

form.So now they won't give me any more formula coupons and they told

me to just try the soy formula and they will give me coupons for that

(Not prescribed). The nurse told me she does recommend getting a Ped for

the Well Baby visits anyways and to just sign the form.So here's my

dilema. What do I do?Just sign the damn thing and get a Ped that

medicaid will pay for or not take him to a dr unless he is sick?I found

a Holistic Ped an hour away but they don't take medicaid and are almost

$200 a visit. His medicaid runs out in July and we will have to pay cash

after that unless for some miricle we can get insurance but not

likely. But then we still have to figure out about signing that damn

form. What do you think???HELP!!!!!!!Thanks.Lori-Love my baby brendon

PS.He is healthy,good weight,good height(they think he is tall)and

right on schedual for his age and developement.
