Sources for placebo information

I don't know if I imagined this or if I read it here, but I'm looking

for sources to verify that vaccine placebos are not just saline, but

are the same as the vaccine (with the adjuvants, heavy metals,

formalin, etc), except without the virus.

Am I wrong, or is this the case?
