People have limits and unfortunately she reached hers -which is tragic beyond belief. If only someone had taken the child so she could get herself some help, etc... While she should most certainly be held accountable for her actions, let us show some mercy on the souls of people who are broken. When I see what my sister lives with every day - and he's high functioning - I simply don't know HOW she does it. We can say all the trite things, but when someone is in that kind of a situation day in and day out.... Again, her actions were wrong, but we should pity her - in my opinion.
