Guest guest
I would always say that my " ribs are burning " . And it hurt to touch them as well...and it often still feels like my chest is crushing in (like my body can't hold the top layer of me up when I'm lying down). It feels awful and intense and weird. It has really subsided now that my implants have been removed (it's been 6 months now). It kept on getting worse while they were in. I wonder if I have costochondritis? Sometimes I wonder about doctors. I wonder just HOW MANY autoimmune diseases I could be diagnosed with if I kept seeking out fourth, fifth, sixth...(you get the picture) opinions? I just think of myself as a saline breast implant mess. Take care! And thanks for opening us up to another " term " ! It's always nice to put a label on the weird symptoms. Guest guest
I was diagnosed with costochondritis after explant - it was very painful and lasted 6 months - I still have a mild case. I think it is because I didn't have drains - all the yucky stuff floated around my ribs (I was under the muscle so the implants sat right there). It is a very painful burning feeling - I still don't like my hubby to touch mine love shari
